However, becoming an expert in SAP Employee Central is not a piece of cake. I have experienced failing the certification exam and the discouragement and frustration that came with it. But thanks to my team, who has been incredibly supportive and encouraging, has helped me to overcome setbacks and stay motivated in pursuing this goal. Most importantly, Employee Central certification is highly respected in the HR industry and it is highly recommended that you become certified as an SAP consultant.
