Your Tasks at Diokles:

• Support at international support or implementation client projects in the field of HR-IT, using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM tools to deliver solutions for renowned companies.
• Collaborate on the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals) and SAP HCM components (e.g., PA, OM, PY, PT) with ABAP development.
• Assist in requirements engineering to understand clients’ HR processes and translate them into tailored SAP solutions.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance, including supporting data migration and issue resolution.
• Help provide end-user support and training, helping clients effectively use SAP SuccessFactors and HCM systems post-implementation.
• Contribute to project documentation, such as creating functional specifications, process mapping, and training materials.
• Learn and develop expertise in SAP technologies and HR processes through hands-on project work, mentoring, and SAP Certifications
• Stay up-to-date on new features, updates, and trends in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• You have just completed your studies in business informatics, computer science or mathematics or you are about to graduate
• You demonstrate a strong understanding of complex and technical issues
• You bring initiative, the ability to work in a team, strong social skills and a passion for IT
• You have business-fluent English skills (C1); basic knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are open to travelling to the Diokles headquarters in Munich (Germany) for your Onboarding and other occasions
• You are open to travelling to clients occasionally
